Attention schools and non-profits!
For Interactive Performance (Youth Programs) requests, you can download and fill out a booking form:

Send the completed form to us via fax, email, or regular mail.

We will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible.

Once we work out all the details, we will send you 2 copies of our "Performance Agreement" via regular mail. This functions as a contract that solidifies our mutual agreement and responsibilities. We ask that you sign one copy and return it to us using the enclosed envelope.

Once we receive the signed contract from you, we're booked!
